Visualization in Product Development
Peter Palmér has extensive experience in lean management in both production and product development, as well as experience of leadership in other cultures. He is a frequent speaker at international and national conferences on the subject of Lean Product Development and leadership.
At the Lean Innovation Forum 2016 in Lausanne, Peter presented an insightful approach to visualization for product development, the potential pitfalls and the benefits it has to offer. In his presentation, Peter also touched the topics of how he and his team have achieved success in implementing the visual project management and project tracking at the team level. This was a really interesting and insightful presentation.
