
As part of the Lean Innovation Forum taking place in Madrid from 24 to 26 October 2017, we will host the Use of “Makigami Wall” for Visual Communication workshop at Toyota Auditorium in the morning of October 24.
The use of visual communication is a key factor for teams to innovate. The “Makigami Wall” is a methodology used to develop visuals to enhance collaboration, share new ideas, and solve complex problems.
This workshop will give participants an overall idea of how to create a “Makigami Wall” following 5 basic steps.
The workshop will cover the theory with many real examples from the industry, as well as a hands-on exercise where participants will practice and build their own “Makigami Wall”.

Paulo Napolitano has over 30 years of construction experience as a General Contractor. He has been applying Lean Principles in projects and organizations since 1999. He combines research in innovative areas with practical experience to improve team performance, organization performance, and develop a culture of innovation. His main focus is on Product Development and Product Execution.
He also has been working with General Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors in South America, Europe, and North America.
