Since 2015, the Lean Analytics Association and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) from Lausanne, Switzerland, have been running the Lean Product Development Best Practices Discovery Project (BPDP). We launched this research project as a response to the lack of successful industrial cases of lean thinking implementation and application in product development. Therefore, the main goal of the BPDP is to discover, document and disseminate the lean product development best practices of the most innovative companies from around the world to inspire others to start their lean journey! Fifteen companies have already shared their best practices in the two previous projects. And guess what?
