NETWORKING & LEARNING FORUM 2015

Industrial best practices, leading universities’ most innovative methods and Lean Innovation courses.
The 1st Lean Product Development Networking and Learning Forum in Lausanne, Switzerland took place on October 29-31, 2015. This 3-day event brought together lean practitioners from around the world to network, share their best practices and discuss current and future challenges.
On October 29, eight companies, which also participated in the Lean Product Development Best Practices Discovery Project 2015, presented their experiences in terms of challenges, successes, best practices and outcomes. The recent results of this project were also presented by LAA.

In the following two days, atendees learned about different business improvement techniques through three ‘learning by doing‘ sessions. The trainings were designated to satisfy the needs of lean product development practitioners with any background and of any proficiency.
