Dr Monica Rossi is a Post-Doctoral Associate at Politecnico di Milano in the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, where she got her Ph.D. in 2014. At the Lean Innovation Forum 2016, Monica Rossi has presented the value and waste perspectives of the lean product development process with a specific focus on:
- Creating more value and less waste
- Waste identification
- Re-use of knowledge
- What is MyWaste tool and how can it help to reduce waste in product development
Monica suggests to start any lean transformation by helping people visualizing their wastes, in order to smartly address improvement efforts using a tool for waste identification and prioritization, called MyWaste.
