As part of our mission to help organizations to learn, innovate and share by implementing lean principles in the innovation process the Lean Analytics Association is proud to announce that registration is now open for the 2nd Lean Innovation Forum 2016 (LiF 2016). It will be held on Wednesday, Nov 9 in Lausanne, Switzerland with the pre-forum training session on Tuesday, Nov 8 and post-forum training session on Thursday, Nov 10, 2016.
Are you curious about the state of the art in lean innovation, wonder how to deliver products to market faster and how to convert customer needs and insights into disruptive products?
LiF 2016 presents a great opportunity to learn about the latest lean innovation best practices from leading experts, practitioners, researchers and organizations who have faced the same or similar challenges you might be facing right now. You will also get the opportunity to meet and hear about lessons learned from the industry’s best innovation thought-leaders.
LiF 2016 is a three-day event. The main event will take place on Wednesday, Nov 9, 2016, while various training sessions will take place a day before and a day after the main event. LiF encourages learning and sharing about latest trends and approaches in Lean Innovation including Set-Based Integrated Innovation, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile Development, Lean Leadership, Visual Management and others.

We are delighted to announce that LiF 2016 speakers are successful lean practitioners with several years of hands-on experiences.
